Compassionate Therapy for Mental Health
Explore what we offer:
I have provided behavioral therapy for children and adults with autism, ADHD, and intellectual and developmental disabilities for the past 20 years. If you or someone you care for has a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, or IDD and needs help processing their emotions, managing symptoms of their diagnosis or other mental health conditions, or could use support with social skills, executive functioning skills, relationship-building, assertiveness, or other skills, I can help!
I offer a safe space for individuals who have experienced trauma or who may be facing challenges associated with the symptoms of other mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, etc.. I specialize in supporting individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being. I also specialize in working with children and adolescents, providing a safe and nurturing space for them to express themselves and work through emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each young individual.
I am dedicated to helping parents and siblings navigate through challenges that may be faced while supporting a child with autism, intellectual disability, or other emotional/behavioral issues or mental health disorders. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space to help caregivers manage parenting styles, communication issues, conflicts, and strengthen relationships.
